“Movement is my way back to myself – to balance, presence, and a gentle escape from everyday rush.
I found yoga seven years ago while dealing with health issues — at first with hesitation rather than excitement. Over time, it became my greatest teacher, support, and love. Today, it’s part of every single day — both on and off the mat.
In my classes, I blend strength with softness. I love the flow of Vinyasa yoga — its rhythm, breath, and the feeling of energy moving through the body — as much as the calm moments where we learn to pause, soften, and just be. For me, yoga is a space to reconnect — to meet yourself again.
A big part of my yoga journey was shaped by my solo stay in Bali. Far from everything familiar, I realized how deeply our perspective can shift when we allow ourselves to slow down, breathe, and simply exist.
At beyou, you can join me for Vinyasa Yoga or Yoga Sculpt — a dynamic, energizing class that combines yoga postures with strength elements. Through breath, rhythm, and mindful movement, we build both body and mind, using body weight, light dumbbells, ankle weights, and blocks. I see it as a beautiful complement to classic yoga — bringing power where it’s needed, while teaching that even in intensity, there can be stillness and calm.
