“Movement is joy, freedom, and courage for me. In my yoga, Pilates, and barre classes, I want to show how much the body and mind can gain when we fully immerse ourselves in the present moment.
Dance and music have always been a part of me — from dancing in front of the TV with Dáda Patrasová as a child to competing at the World Championships in disco dance. Today, joy and energy come from yoga, Pilates, and barre, which help me quiet my mind, relax, and strengthen my body at the same time. Movement gives me gratitude for what the body is capable of, presence in every moment, courage to overcome challenges, and above all, joy — a joy that’s contagious.
At beyou, I’ve found a community where the joy of movement multiplies. It’s beautiful to know that I can help someone perform a movement correctly — or simply make their day a little better.
