“I founded beyou with a simple yet profound intention – to help people feel good in their bodies and in their lives. To live their own truth, fully and freely, not according to the expectations of others.
My first chapter belonged to tennis. I played professionally from childhood, and at fourteen I was at the top of the European rankings. I grew up in a world of discipline, toughness, and constant proving. I believed that worth was measured by results. When an injury ended my career at seventeen, it didn’t leave emptiness — it opened space to ask the questions I’d never had time to ask before.
I tried many paths before discovering yoga. Not as performance, but as awareness. Yoga taught me to listen to my body, understand my boundaries, and work with my breath and mind. It brought me a sense of calm — not passive, but strong and conscious.
beyou is, for me, the embodiment of the idea that the environment we move in shapes how we feel about ourselves. That’s why the studio is built on trust and values. I want every person — client, instructor, team member — to feel that they belong here.
I see movement as something much deeper than physical activity. It’s the feeling of presence that strengthens my self-worth, inner stability, and sensitivity at the same time. My vision is to support people in trusting themselves and having the courage to live in truth — to live the way they truly feel, even when it’s challenging.
beyou is a space for truth, kindness, sensitivity, and depth. For a life that is real.”
