My classes aren’t just about stretching muscles – they’re about pausing, reconnecting with yourself, and finding calm even in the busiest of days.
I love weaving traditional yoga practice with sound healing, aromatherapy, and other sensory techniques, turning each class into a deeper experience and a moment of inner balance.
For many years I played basketball, and music has always been a natural part of my life – that’s what led me to sound healing. During my classes, I often combine movement and sound – gentle vibrations release the body and calm the mind. It’s like a small reset you can feel in your muscles, your breath, and your thoughts.
I believe everything is about vibration and honoring each phase of life. There are times when I’m drawn to the softness of Yin, other times to the flow of Vinyasa, and sometimes to a blend of both. It’s beautiful to know your body and to have the freedom to choose. Lately, I’ve been deeply inspired by the world of Pilates and Iyengar yoga.
My classes are for everyone – for those curious to try something new, for those who simply want to unwind, and for those who wish to discover that yoga can be playful, inspiring, and gently transformative.
