“Yoga has been a part of my life since 2010. In the beginning, I stepped onto the mat to find myself – today, it helps me stay true to who I am in everyday life. Movement, gymnastics, and dance have been with me since childhood and taught me to feel my body. Yoga taught me something more – to listen to it.
I completed my first teacher training in 2017 and have continued studying ever since. I’m passionate about contemporary understanding of movement, yoga, and wellbeing. I’ve studied Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, as well as Bhakti and crystal bowl sound healing. These different styles inspire me, and I blend them into my own approach to teaching. I lead Vinyasa, Bhakti Vinyasa, Slow Flow and Yin classes, and I’m now also exploring the practice of playing the crystal bowl.
I’ve been sharing yoga since 2017 – in the Czech Republic and in Bali, where I had the opportunity to guide classes for an international community. This experience broadened my perspective and deepened the way I work with the body, breath, and communication.
Empathy, playfulness, and staying grounded are key elements in my classes. I love anatomy, smart sequencing, and drawing inspiration from the seasons and the meridians. At the same time, I appreciate the ability not to take ourselves too seriously. My Vinyasa classes can be physically challenging, yet they are designed to leave you grounded, strong, and calm. I often close the practice with a shared mantra or a short sound healing.”
