Yoga guide

Tomáš is our anchor in yoga. He leads regular trainings for instructors, sharing his experience and gently guiding them in technique, approach, and inner understanding. His work stems from deep practice and authenticity. At beyou, he creates a space where instructors can grow, evolve, and learn to be themselves — even in the role of guides.

“Yoga is a path to balance, health, and inner peace for me. In my classes, I share energy and experience with both humility and joy.

As a child, I devoted myself to athletics, and later I was captivated by dance, where I first truly felt the freedom and spontaneity of movement. In 2014, while in New Zealand, I attended my very first yoga class – and within 60 minutes, I knew I had found what I had been searching for. Yoga immediately became an integral part of my life, and even during the first year of practice, it brought profound changes – physical, mental, and spiritual.

My desire to go deeper led me to Rishikesh, India, where I completed my Yoga Teacher Training. Since then, yoga has become my life path, which I share with gratitude and humility.
